		Letter to USPTO A summary letter describing the rights management implications of implementing the provisions in the TEACH Act as submitted to the USPTO in January 2003.
		The TEACH Act and the MPEG-REL Authored by Robby Robson from Eduworks, this white paper describes the impact of the TEACH Act. Educational institutions desirous of implementing the provisions of the TEACH Act must establish rights management policies and procedures. This white paper explains how the MPEG-REL can be applied to meet the requirements of the TEACH Act.
