Comments on the Technology, Education and Copyright Harmonization (TEACH) Act Report


 

The following items were submitted in response to a request from the USPTO for Written Comments and Notice of Hearings on Technological Protection Systems for Digitized Copyrighted Works in relation to the TEACH Act and its impact on the education and e-learning markets.

 Letter to USPTO
A summary letter describing the rights management implications of implementing the provisions in the TEACH Act as submitted to the USPTO in January 2003.
 The TEACH Act and the MPEG-REL
Authored by Robby Robson from Eduworks, this white paper describes the impact of the TEACH Act. Educational institutions desirous of implementing the provisions of the TEACH Act must establish rights management policies and procedures.
